Bob Davis
Vice President, Strategy and Organization Effectiveness
Bob Davis helps companies in the consumer broadband industry
plan and manage change in their highly demanding business environment.
He draws upon his deep experience with both the strategy work that
steers change and the hands-on, enterprise-wide and functional organization
design efforts that deliver results. By helping his clients sharpen
their strategies and tune up their organizations, he ensures that
change — the business constant — works to their advantage.
Bob’s organization design work for one of the
largest US telecommunications firms enabled that company to reallocate
over $100 million in resources to better drive its business growth
strategy. Bob also helped a leading cable network finalize its business
strategy and develop a new brand strategy. As a result, the company
attained the highest subscriber growth rate of any cable network
in 1998.
Bob works with leading organizations including AT&T,
AT&T Broadband, Cablevision, Cox Communications, Discovery Communications,
MediaOne, and Motorola. Bob earned his MBA and BA from Boston University.
